Thank you Peace Corps for bringing April to Nativi! I liked working with others on a project for the Women's Group.

about the project.
With the Women's Group's request and the TK's approval, we decided to do Project Design and Management Training from August to September. Meeting twice a week (Tuesdays in the morning and Thursdays in the afternoon for 90-120 minutes), the expectation was for most of the members to attend all scheduled classes.
The main motivation for this training was to apply for a Peace Corps SPA grant to start a project in the community. As the sessions continued, it became clear that we needed more than one co-facilitator to work with me because of the large amount of participants, and the variability in my counterparts' schedules. Therefore, a learning process was with working with multiple people and figuring out the balance of roles and skills.
